fast check-in clean room
Check-in was super fast. The staff checked my ID and quickly explained the access details. I got a Budget Twin Room. It was very clean and tidy, which I REALLY appreciated!!!
The room lacked coffee-making facilities, and I really needed a morning coffee.

underwhelming stay, some issues needed addressing
dirty bathroom noisy pub
The cleanliness wasn't great. I found hairs in the bathroom. the bed sagged in the middle, so i didn't sleep well at all, it was pretty uncomfortable. the noise from the pub downstairs also kept me up. i wish i had been warned about that, or that they had better soundproofing, it went on quite late.

taxi information budget room clean towels
the staff offered useful information about local taxi services! they even advised on the best spots to get a taxi for the return journey. my room was a budget double room and it was clean. towels were also provided.
The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. There was no kettle.

clean room included breakfast noisy street low pressure
The room was spacious and clean.. The bed was comfortable, and i appreciated the fresh towels provided daily. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with directions to local attractions. The included breakfast offered a nice variety of options.
The street outside was quite noisy at night. This made it a bit difficult to sleep. The shower pressure was also very low. I would have preferred a stronger water flow.

friendly staff quick assistance basic amenities unsafe neighborhood pub noise small bathroom
the staff was very friendly i asked for assistance and received it quickly the hotel offered basic amenities i found satisfactory the room had a tv with several channels i watched news and movies
the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night i noticed some noise from the nearby pub the bathroom was quite small it was a bit cramped

easy check-in english breakfast broken shower no refreshment
the check-in process was straightforward. bryan checked my id, processed my payment, and clearly explained access procedures for after hours. the next morning, i had a satisfying english breakfast at a reasonable price.
the shower head and its holder in my room were a bit broken. also, there were no coffee or tea refreshments available in the room. toiletries were provided, but i would have liked a coffee.

fast check-in clean room great breakfast
Check-in was fast. Bryan verified my photo ID and explained access after hours. I found my 'Budget Twin Room' to be clean. The next morning, a great English breakfast was available at a reasonable price.
There was no tea or coffee in the room.
